Condolences
My thoughts and prayers are with you all...
The Fletcher family in St. Louis would like to express our sincere sympathy to Jean Dowland's family and particularly to her husband Derel. We are thinking of you and praying for you in this time of stress and grief. God be with you.
I haven't seen Jean in years, since I left AMH, but have thought of her often. It was always a pleasure to work with her and to know that if you were in a bind she'd be right there with you. She was a compassionate and caring nurse and her patient's were lucky to have her. I learned a lot from her when I first started at AMH about work ethic and how to get your work done but have a good time doing it. I'm sure she's smiling down on all those she loves. God Bless you Jean and my deepest sympathy to her family.
My heart felt condolences to Jean's family. She was one of the best nurses I ever worked with. She will be missed greatly by her coworkes and the patients that she came in contact with.
Alex and Megan, I wanted to offer you my deepest sympathy! I am so sorry for your loss. I want you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers during you time of need. God bless! I will be praying and thinking of you and your family.
Derel and Family We are sorry for your loss! Please accept our sympathy. God Bless
I worked with Jean at Alton Memorial Hospital. She was an inspiration to me! I don't think I've ever seen another women work as hard as Jean did! She always gave 150 percent !! Her unique personality is one that will never be forgotten! May she rest in peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with Jean's family as you deal with your grief as you say farewell to Jean. She was a fun, nice lady who always brought a smile to my parents' faces during her visits, and she was so very brave throughout her battle with cancer. What a role model for others!
Was so sorry to read in this mornings paper about Jeannie's passing...Jeannie was my cousin... Frank and I got our fainting pymy goat, Chester, from Darel and Jeannie...He was so much fun when we had him...Jeannie will be missed...Thoughts and prayers are with Darel and his family...
Darrel- You are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. You and Jean were always so good to my kids and I when they were little. Always helping Adam out with his chickens and goats.
Jean was a wonderful woman and will be missed by many. She touched the lives of so many people in her nursing career and in everyday life. Know that she is no longer in pain and is watching over you and the kids. She will be sadly missed. All our love, Angie Uzzetta, Adam Roemer and Ali Roemer
Derel, Debbie, Steve and families - Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all during this difficult time. I enjoyed seeing Jean at the quarters auctions and showing her pictures of how big the puppy was getting to be. She was always such a pleasure to be around.
