Condolences
Was my neighbor at west edge of Carlinville. Met Lyndal, Marvin & Nadine when entered 4th grade at East Woodlawn country school (shortly thereafter met his Mom/Dad/Eileen, Irma, Wilma and Tootie..all warm humble folks! Thereafter lifelong pals. I created his popular nickname in early '53 as we were discussing his favorite novel: "The Hoods" (author; Harry Grey)..coining the catchy "Lucky Lloyd" in jest! It stuck as his preferred moniker. He was 'Lucky" Graham throughout the ensuing 50 years. My steadfast friend always; embodied too many talents and personal human qualities to list. Superb fsther of distinguished children; he lived in a house by the side of the road..a friend to all who passed; he gloried in the wonder and beauty of Man and Nature. "Hope to see you later, Lucky!
I remember going to his house as a kid fishing in their pond for Catfish, and playing with baby catfish in his big aquarium. He will truly be missed.
