It has been a true pleasure getting to spend time with Bob over the last couple of years. Though some of his time with me was not easy for him, he always managed to smile and pat my hand and say "Thanks." We shared lots of laughs and hugs along the way and I'll cherish each one. He was a trooper in so many ways and an inspiration to me. What a gentleman... God Bless all of you.
My sympathy to the family. I only knew Bob from our church, but he made such a wonderful impression on me, I will never forget him. He is with Marcella now -rest in peace!
Our sympathies and our prayers for comfort and consolation to you all in the loss you are feeling. It has been our pleasure to have known such a fine, kind gentleman as Bob. His smile always seemed to be in place wherever we came across him. Jim & Nancy Schien
So sorry for your lost! You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
We are so sorry for your loss. Bob was such a fine man. He is most certainly enjoying his reward in heaven. God bless!
I love you with all my heart "grandpa" and I will miss you dearly. I have never know life without Bob just down the street. I have a lot of great memories of riding in the stock trucks and even building a float in their driveway for the American Legion. And of course my very first Cardinals Baseball game was with Bob & Marcella on "Stockyard Night". I was about 10 and saw Lou Brock steal 2 bases. I had no idea what a pleasure that was at the time...but I sure do now! I just have too many memories of my life with Kaufmans to even begin to tell. Sharon, Glen, Chad, Crystal, Heather, Matt & Maycee...you know "Aunt Lisa" loves you & I always will!
