Condolences
I have not seen Carl since 1966 when I lived in Louisiana and attended LHS. Carl was one of the funniest men I have ever met. He was dynamic and filled a room with his presence. His narrations of the post game football tapes was a real treat. He lived life as it should have been, to the fullest. My prayers are with his family and friends. I am truly sorry for your loss.
Cousin, Loved you alot. You are going to be sadly missed. Say hello to my father for me and enjoy each other!
Prayers to the family - after 48 years of "intelligent bar conversation" not much else to say. Loved him like a brother - one of the best.
I had the privilege of being a classmate of Carl's--won't ever forget that wonderful smile! To his entire family, please know that he will never be forgotten--my deepest sympathy to all of you!
So very sorry to heal of your loss. I had not seen my old boss in some time, but certainly remember what a great guy he was to work for. My deepest sympathy to you all.
I grew up with Carl, we played football and graduated high school together. Early in life his smile was mischievous. Later, genuine and infectious. Another classmate gone all too soon. RIP, buddy.
I'll miss that beautiful, infectious smile whenever I was home. Condolences to your family.
Carl was a classmate and friend. Carl was one of a kind! Thoughts and prayers going to the family. I know he will be truly missed by so many.
I'm absolutely sure that right now - he's bending St. Peter's ear about politics and the stock market. Carl was a great guy and I'm very sorry he was taken so soon. My thoughts are with the family - thanks for sharing him.
It was always a treat to be around Carl, be it at the gym or anywhere else in the community. He was a genuine character and a fantastic person.
It was great knowing you Carl.
Carl was such a wonderful person. What a great attitude about life and a warm heart. He will be so sadly missed...

I met Carl at the HPC/Fit Club/Body Fit nearly 30 years ago. We became instant friends and took part in the Club's noontime workouts. Carl's famous words after every aerobic class were "I'm sweating profusely".... He always had a smile and was a true gentleman. His memory will live on. My sympathy to Kathy and his children. Vicki
Awfully sorry to learn of Carl's passing. We graduated together and played football together in high school.

Where to start... How could you not like Carl?!!! So enjoyed conversation with him, and most of the time learned something from him. Very heavy heart...what a great guy and "One of a kind"! Will never forget a certain April Fools Day with him! Will be so missed by everyone who knew him, but , Kate and kids, hope you will let all the memories and the great love he had for you be of comfort.
A heavy-hearted goodbye to a very good friend. "Just another day in paradise" he would often say.... I sure will miss him. All the best to the family.
So very sorry, to everyone who has lost one of the good guys. See you on the river, Carl.
Kate and kids - I am so very sorry for the loss of such a personable man. We had many, many conversations while on the treadmills next to each other at the gym. We'll miss his comments in in our noon classes - he was DEFINITELY one of a kind. My sympathies and hugs to you all.
