Condolences
Kathy and I went to SIU together. So sad to hear about her passing! I just found out today! We had so many good times together and lotsa laughs! I know she's in heaven making others laugh !
I remember Kathy from when we lived next door and played under the bushes on East 1st North Street. At one point I was older and babysat Kathy, there were 4 years between us. She and my brother graduated together. Clara our prayers and thoughts are with you in your time of need.
I don't even know where to begin or the words to say of this heartbreaking news. She was a very very very Nice woman. sweet as can be and boy did she love the kids! I work at a school and she came in and volunteered one day, was even so kind that she mopped the floor! She always enjoyed my children and i know my Children adored her! She would tell me how well mannered my kids were. One of my sons would always go and help her in diggin in the flowers and she would give him some to bring home and we planted them, still have the lily of the valley he brought home from her. another time my son fell and scraped his knee and he came home with a band aid already on and told me Katherine cleaned it up for me.. How sweet and dearly missed she is! The world has lost a very special lady. may she hurt no more and rest in peace.
Clarabelle and Family, So sorry to read of the loss of your Kathryn. Her photo in the Canton Daily Ledger was so pretty and she looks so much like her Mom! My sympathy for your loss and wishing you strength and comfort.
Kathy was a ray of sunshine, always made me see the positive in life;no matter the situation, she made me laugh and smile so bright. She was an angel in life on Earth and shall be brighter in heaven.
My deepest sympathies to the Pritchard family and friends that hold so much love for her. I will forever be blessed to have known her and shared such wonderful memories as her friend. God Bless you all.
Kathy had such a beautiful smile and warm heart. She will be missed dearly. I hadn't seen Kathy in years but am so thankful that I was able to visit with her over the last few months. During our visits she was always more concerned with what she could do for me than what I could do for her. My thoughts and prayers are with you Mrs. Pritchard, Steve and Tom
Kathy & I have been sisters since the 4th grade. We had so much fun together. One of my favorites is going to the creek every Saturday, frying eggs & bacon on the bottom of a Folgers can. These last few months have been both wonderful & sad for me. I was blessed to be by her side until the very end. My life will never be the same without her. She will always have a special place in my heart. I know that she is without pain & I will see her again when she is resurrected.
Clara, Steve and Tom, I am so sorry for your loss. Kathy was like a daughter to me for many years. My Heart and Prayers are with you!!
Kathy and I were like sisters since school. We had lost touch for many years... but I was blessed that we found each other again. I wish I had more time with her. We had alot of fun together and shared alot of laughs, many stories from the past.. I came back when she was close to leaving us and and never left her side until she passed.. She will always be my angel looking out for me !!! She is forever in my Heart !!!

I'm very sorry to hear of Kathryn's passing. Since she first came into my shop, I found her very exciting to talk to, and always hoped that she would drop in again. I think we all know that she is still having fun, but just not with us anymore.
To the family of Kathryn Peterson: Although none of us got to know Kathryn for very long, she sure was an easy person to become friends with quickly. She was a sweet and spunky girl and I am sad to hear the news of her passing but grateful to have had her in my life if only for such a short time. She never seemed to let her illness get the best of her and was an inspiration, never complaining about anything even though her illness was much more serious than most any other patient in the unit. Please know she touched more lives than you may be aware of. My thoughts go out to all of the family and her friends who I know will miss her terribly. I will never forget our brief friendship.
Mrs Pritchard, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I don't think I ever saw Kathy without a smile. My prayers are with you and your family at this very difficult time.
Deepest sympathies to all of the hearts and lives that Kathy touched. But most importantly prayers of support to her family. It was a pleasure to have known Kathy. Sincerely, Lynn (Jennings) Cummings
