Cheri E. Boehler Cheri E. Boehler, 59, of Girard, died Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born Saturday, August 19, 1950 in Springfield, Illinois, the Daughter of the late Howard E. Clark, Sr. and the late Naomi (Jackson) Clark Chasteen. She married John N. Boehler at the United Methodist Church in Girard, Illinois on June 27, 1970. Cheri was a beautician at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Virden and Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Carlinville. She loved being with her grandchildren. Cheri enjoyed shopping and going out to eat. She loved traveling when she could and a good game of bunko. She also enjoyed broadway shows at the Muni and Fox Theatre. Survivors: Husband, John N. Boehler, Daughter, Jonette E. Boehler (Companion: Noah Brown) of Nilwood, Daughter, Jessica A. Bliss (Jeremy) of New Berlin, Daughter, Janey L. Boehler (Companion: Jason Lutz) of Farmersville, Step-son, James L. Boehler (Leanne) of Clayton, Grandchildren: Brayden & Blayne Brown, Makenna & Zayne Lutz, 5 Step-grandchildren, 1 Step-great-granddaughter, Brothers & Sisters: Donna Burnett (Jerry) of Girard, Howard Clark,Jr. (Sue) of Virden , Terry Clark (Sarah) of Standard City, Janice Allen (Bill) of Girard, and Karen Adcock (Companion: Chris Morgan) of Girard, Several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by Parents and Step-father Darrell K. Chasteen, Sisters: Bonnie Gibson, Marilyn Garrison, Sharon Ayala, Judy and Christina Clark. Funeral Information Visitation: 4:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 20 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Girard, IL. Services: 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home. Pastor Kathy Hopkins will officiate.
