Dorothy Loretta Miller, 78 of Waverly, passed away Monday morning, October 8, 2018, at Sunrise Manor in Virden, IL.
Dorothy was born September 25, 1940, in Carlinville, IL, a daughter of Delbert Glen and Dorothy Elizabeth Smith Talbert.
She married Ronald L. Miller in Waverly, IL and he passed away September 12, 2014.
While being a homemaker, she also worked as a line inspector at Dickey-john in Auburn, IL for several years.
Dorothy was also preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Karen Hecht.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, from 5:00 to 7:00 at Davis-Anderson Funeral Home, Carlinville, IL.
Burial will follow later in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, in rural Girard, IL.
Dorothy is survived by her sons, Richard L. (Deanna) Miller of Waverly,IL and Ron Miller of Palmyra, IL, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister, Mary (Orville) Bowers of Virden, IL.
