Obituary of Robin H. McGown

Robin H. McGown, 63 of Virden, passed away Tuesday evening, April 14, 2020, at St. John,s Hospital in Springfield, IL. Robin was born February 28, 1957, in Springfield, IL, a son of Robert and Norma Fuiten McGown. He graduated from Virden High School with the class of 1975. Robin worked for Schwan's Food Service in sales and delivery. He retied early because health problems. He enjoyed Turner Classic Movies, collecting nick-nacks and his cats. Robin was preceded in death by his father, Robert McGown, brothers, Robert Michael McGown and Terry Lee McGown. Services will be held at a later time. Robin is survived by his mother, Norma McGown of Virden, IL, son, Rick McGown of Virden, IL, daughters, Rebecca McGown and Rachel McGown of Virden, IL, step-son, T.J. Musterman of Virden, IL, 2 grandchildren, brothers, Johned McGown and Mark Steven (Debbie) McGown both of Virden, IL and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Diabetes Foundation.
