Dr Finney was my friend and VET in Decatur and boy did we have some fun. My old Boss was Ralph Heaton and we both had female Brittny hunting dogs. Those dogs were healthy and happy and could hunt for hours. Phil was always the life of the party and could get anyone in the room to let their hair down and get out and have some fun. He was a Great Vet and will be missed by many. dan rees

Steve and I are so sorry to learn of Phil's death. We are sending our deepest sympathy to you and your family.

We consider ourselves blessed to have known Phil and to call him a friend. We will cherish the great times we had with both of you and thank you for all of your support of me, Sparc and individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
