Kenneth Ray Lewis, 82 of Carlinville, Illinois passed away Monday evening, December 26, 2022, at Carlinville Area Hospital.
Kenneth was born November 3, 1940, in Granite City, IL, a son of Earl and Lillian (Wells) Lewis.
Kenneth attended Granite City High School.
He married Anita Justice, September 2, 1999 in Carlinville and she proceeded him in death on February 16, 2005.
Kenneth was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing in his younger years. He spent much of his time watching westerns and cracking jokes. He lived for spending time with his family, attending holiday parties, and watching his great-grandchildren grow up.
Private graveside services will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Sunset Hill Cemetery, Glen Carbon, Illinois.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Tammy Kay Bender of Carlinville, IL, daughter, Jacki Lewis of Girard, IL, son, Kenny (Stacy) Lewis of Carlinville, IL, son, John (Brandi) Lewis of Girard,IL, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren: Emma, Gabriel, Gwendolyn, Averi, Mason, and Mae.
