I was so sorry to learn about Wayne´s untimely passing. I have had the pleasure of working with him for the past five years as a Town Center Ranger for The Woodlands Township in Texas. This role, a retirement job for both of us, entails walking around in a park being helpful and pleasant to residents and tourists. Wayne excelled in this capacity. He had much more responsibility in his career as an engineer and, based on the work ethic he displayed as a Ranger, I´m sure he was highly regarded in that field. His intelligence, even temper, reliability, kindness, decency and unparalleled dry sense of humor will be sorely missed.
