Ray was the Best Neighbor anyone could ask for. He always brought us over Collection of his sweet treats at Christmas. I had the pleasure of having great conversation with Ray just about every day. I will have many treasured memories of Ray and his Family. Roger may you find comfort knowing your Dad is at peace in Heaven with your Mom and many others who he knew. You were a strong yet gentle and loving son. Thank you for sharing your Dad with us.
Our deepest condolences to the Riffey family. My husband, Tim, worked with Ray on disaster relief, and will miss his smiling face. It is wonderful to know that we will see Ray again.

I grew up at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Ray was such a mentor for every child….and adult. He lived his life for the Lord and was an example, leader, teacher and friend to all. He was such an amazing man. I loved him as a great friend as I “grew up”. Such a wonderful Christian man to look up to over the years. He will be so missed! My heart goes out to Roger and Patti and their families.
